Good preowned condition.
Some wear/pilling on some areas on front/non-mesh looking material (see Pic #11 for exs).
A few areas of loose / extra threading I noticed:
-1 area on front left side with threads & gold metallic threads (Pic #12, top left pic; may be other small areas like this, but appears other metallic threading on top is intact).
-1 area on front right side (Pic #12, top right pic).
-1 area on back right side hem (Pic #12, bottom right pic).
Patterned.
Cut out/hole accents on front with gold metallic threading.
Mesh like look to material on neckline, sleeves, & back of blouse.
Some ruching accents on end of each sleeve on both sides.
Has a hi-lo hem.
