In this 1999 series, we see the villain Anarky battling the JLA and somehow getting a power ring! He later has a 3 issue story with Ra's Al Ghul and then the Day of Judgement issue all titles got. Finally, we learn who his dad is. Spoiler alert: Maury Povich does not appear to say, "You are NOT the father" to anyone.
Written by heavyweight Alan Grant and illustrated by Norm Breyfogle and Joe Rubinstein. Condition is in what I would call "read once and put away." Stickers are on the bags, not the books. See pictures.
