I purchased this at a store and have only worn it once.
This fringe top is designed to be worn either front or back with a double-faced fabric.
It's a cut jacquard with a slightly sheer ground and elegant, glossy fringe, carefully made in Kiryu, Gunma Prefecture. The fringe part is woven in a pile shape, then cut by machine, and dyed from there, making it a carefully crafted material.
