This photo is an 8.5" x 6" autobiography pamphlet, insert from the playbill signed by Dick Van Dyke, All about the appearances of Dick Van Dyke. On January 26, Dick Van Dyke appeared as a special guest star in the Broadway Musical, Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life. Mr. Van Dyke joined the show for four performances from January 24-26,2006, to celebrate his former co-star and friend Chita Rivera's birthday week. I personally obtained this autograph after the musical in N.Y.C. The signature is not authenticated, making it a unique and potentially valuable piece of entertainment memorabilia. The pamphlet depicts a photograph of the renowned actor, showcasing his connection to the world of movies and making it a sought-after item for fans and collectors alike.
Comes in a plastic sleeve and plastic top loader. The word "Sample" will not appear on the photo.
