My grandmother said that she took pictures with black and white film about 20 years ago, and they turned out surprisingly well. I saw the family photos, but I don't have them with me.
The metal part of the bellows stopper seems to be open, so the bellows cannot be fixed in the folded state. It is kept folded in the case.

The Welmy 6 was a 6x6cm bellows-type medium format film camera manufactured by Taisei Koki in the early 1950s. This camera uses 120 film and takes 6x6cm square format photos.
