Selling my La Pavoni Professional espresso machine, sold by Zabar's New York as the Carina Grande. Roughly from the late 1980's. Refurbished with the full gasket service kit from Coffee Sensor, upgraded single-hole steam wand tip and upgraded lever roller nut and lever pin set. Works great and produces delicious espresso. Only selling because I have too many espresso machines (including another Pavoni Pro and an Olympia Express Cremina).

Cosmetically it is great except for the black base is rough in a few places, if aesthetics are a priority then you will want to refurbish the base.
Includes everything you need except the ground coffee: machine, the drip tray and drip tray grid, the portafilter, the portafilter basket, the tamper, and the stainless steaming pitcher.
