Rare original Luisa Spagnoli little black dress, with jet black beading around neckline, beaded short sleeves, fitted through the body with subtle darting, opens in the back with a long zipper and a hook and eye. Half lined. Measures 15" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam laid flat, 16" from pit to pit, and 15" across the waist. 34" long from shoulder to hem. This is truly a size Small, probably closest to a 2/4. Please ask for any dimensions. 100% wool, made in Italy.
A truly unique and elegant piece that feels both modern and vintage. There are 4 small holes in the back near the hem, pictured in the last 2 photos. They could be repaired or patched with a black fabric backing, but they are hard to detect once the dress is on due to the dark colored lining.
Some threads are visible, also pictured, but the beading appears to be intact and quite gorgeous. Worn once in the last 25 years. Before that --- unknown!
