Own a fascinating piece of Art Nouveau artistry AND cinematic history! This beautiful and interesting cast metal genie lamp shows very good vintage condition for its age, with some bumps and dings that add to its character. Please see the pictures for details. While it seems to be missing a lid, this does not detract from the overall loveliness of the piece.
Measures Approx 13.5in X 12.75in X 5.5in. Weight 3 lbs
Provenance: Wishmaster (1997) - Screen-used genie lantern prop is clearly visible in Nick Merritt's office on the desk, where the Djinn grants him his wish (see last picture). Wishmaster is an American horror film directed by Robert Kurtzman, with Wes Craven as executive producer. It is the only film in the series with Craven's name attached.
