Vintage Runway Couture Long Figarucci Chain
Necklace by Pierre Cardin
This is a very unique& vintage for your consideration.
Measuring at 32 Inches Long & with each Figarucci Cable Link measuring at 3/4 of an Inch Long & 3/8 of an Inch High.
Figarucci is Flat Chain where the outer surfaces of the individual links are flattened off by diamond cutting.
I have polished but will polish up much more to a Brilliant shine especially this Diamond Cut or Figarucci Cut being both on the Front & Back of each link as well as all around the Outer Edges of All of the Links.
I am unsure of the Metal Content but am pretty sure that it is at least Gold Filled or Gold Plated as there is no verdigris or corrosion anywhere on the chain.
I can see this Chain Floating and Sparkling on a Runway Model as she Shimmies down a Runway.
The Circle in on the Chain measures at 3/4 of an Inch in Diameter and is Stamped with the Vintage Pierre Cardin Insignia.
