SUPERCAR debuted on September 21, 1997, with the single "cream soda."
With their innate pop sensibility, outstanding songwriting, and innovative use of language, SUPERCAR evolved with each album, incorporating electronic elements into their band sound in their later work. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of their debut, the five original albums released before their disbandment on February 26, 2005, are being re-released on vinyl.
The second release is "Futurama," an album created by pursuing the essence of their music over a production period of about 10 months, including recording in New York. Cut by the master, Bernie Grundman.
