This is a Ted Baker sample according to the label. The fabric content is not filled in but I'm pretty positive that it is silk. It has a size zip. Lace and tiny black bead detail on the neckline and hem. Beautifully draped and shirred on the back waist. Flowy paneled skirt. Measuring from under the arms it's 36" long. There are a couple places on the lace trim on the neckline where some beads are loose and I think 1 or 2 are missing. It also looks like the straps where taken in a little. The extra length was left. No adjustment on the straps. Marked size 2 and it fit's my size 2 mannequin perfect. I ship same or next business day.
