A late Victorian tin hatbox with original scumble glazed finish. It has a hinged lid with a loop handle to the top, and tab fastener at the front. The inside is painted gloss black. This attractive piece is a great example of Victorian luggage and is ideal for storing any number of things in the modern home. Very clean and in good original condition. The U-shaped link has come away from the lock area but does not deter from the items great look. The U-shaped link is included and can be easily repaired - see photos
