Vintage olive track shorts best for about 12 years, although they were probably tagged about 16 given the genre. No tag and waist runs slim. Fit my 12 year old snugly. 11” measured down the front seam since the legs angle so sharply. 9.5” across the waist. White trim has some discoloration. Gender neutral imo. Guc.
