I am sure that this is an old piece and it is in excellent condition. What is possible according to the Internet is that is *could be associated with the Czech Neiger Brothers but a lot of their pieces are unsigned and I am not an expert beadologist so I make no promises, but the signs are good. Especially the ones that glow (see last photo. All of the white beads react the same.)
