This is from Davis High School in Yakima, Washington.
This belonged to a friend of mine who passed away back in June 2024. She was 84. She loved to travel all over the U.S., Local and abroad, collecting a lot of "Nick-Naks" wherever she went. She especially loved to collect Pinback buttons.
When she got her buttons, she would often put them away wrapped up in a drawer, container, bag, or box, and not use them. I never saw her wear them.
I believe she was given this. She received it in the same condition it is in now.
Button:
-Front --Some light scratches in areas.
-Back --Tarnished in areas
-It is hard to see because of the lighting, but even with the conditions I mentioned, this button is still in Exc./Great Cond.
