Vintage Mexican Abalone Leaf Screw Back Earrings Sterling Silver. This is a gorgeous pair of vintage mid-century TBM Taxco Mexico Sterling Silver screw back earrings featuring colorful hand carved Abalone shell leaves with inlaid Sterling Silver “veins”, creating a dramatic 3 dimensional iridescent rainbow effect. They measure approximately 1 1/4” long x 3/4” wide. In excellent vintage condition. They have been hand polished to bring out their luster, but will eventually tarnish with time. They are part of an estate sale purchase.
