This is a vintage Pyrex 045 Yellow Daisy/Sunflower 2.5 Quart Casserole Dish with Lid.
The pattern, also known as Golden Sunflower Daisy, was designed by Cynthia S. Gerow and produced from 1968 through 1973.
It features a vibrant yellow base and an opal milk glass lid with a large yellow daisy/sunflower motif.
The dish is made of durable glass and is considered a highly collectible item today.
