NWT sleek and playful, super shiny black vinyl wiggle skirt, size 2XL. This skirt was part of The Miss Kitty Collection launched a few years ago. I have never worn the skirt, and it has been kept in the original packaging. Beautifully made, with purple lining, and a slit on the back hemline.
